Who we are
{{Halyard Systems legal entity}}, {{registered address}}, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@halyardsystems.com.
What we collect and why
When you book a walkthrough or send a request, we collect your name, company, work email, fleet size and anything you write to us, so that we can reply and arrange the meeting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and your consent where you tick the box. We keep enquiries for 24 months unless you become a client.
Product updates
If you leave your email for product updates, we store that address, the page you used, the time you gave consent and a one-way hash of your network address that changes daily. If our database cannot take it at that moment, the address is forwarded once by email to our team instead, who add it by hand; if neither is possible, the form tells you it did not go through and nothing is kept. We use the address only to send product updates and to reply when you write back. The legal basis is your consent. To unsubscribe, reply to any update or email the address above, and we delete your address from the list.
Booking
Meetings are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes the details you enter into the calendar under its own privacy notice.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The booking calendar may set cookies needed for scheduling.
Where data is stored
Enquiries and update subscriptions are stored in our Supabase database in the EU. Enquiries are also forwarded once by email to our team, when configured. An update subscription is forwarded by email only when it cannot be stored.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by emailing the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
